| Security ProjectWEB is hosted in a safe Windows 2000 server environment with firewall, and which always has updated versions of software, virus protection and Windows Service Packs. Data are stored on discs in RAID mirror, which is backed up every night. Operation of servers and back-up follows clearly defined procedures, ensuring that the data integrity on ProjectWEB is maintained and also ensures maximum accessibility of ProjectWEB. Furthermore ProjectWEB provides the possibility of installing automatic expiry of password. Transmission over the Internet can be encrypted with SSL according to agreement. Files uploaded to ProjectWEB cannot be found directly via a web browser. Information about the location of files can only be found via the ProjectWEB database. At completion of a project on ProjectWEB it is possible to transfer all documents, their properties, folder structure and users to an offline version of ProjectWEB. The offline version of ProjectWEB will be delivered to the client on a CD / DVD and makes it possible to download and search for documents. All documents in the offline version can be encrypted should the client wish so. |  | ||||
