| e-mail Project e-mail is an innovation compared to the traditional e-mail. A Project e-mail is stored as part of the project material on ProjectWEB, and can therefore be retrieved after the same criteria as the other project material. Sending a Project e-mail to specific project participants is simple, since the necessary e-mail addresses of groups of project participants have already been created. Project e-mail is also used for notification of the parties about new materials/documents, which have been uploaded to ProjectWEB. Traditional e-mails sent directly between the participants in a project can still be used, but only in cases where it is certain that it is not necessary to be able to retrieve the information.
