Folder structure and searching


The parties of the project shall define the folder structure in ProjectWEB and decide the degree of detailing.

When uploading a drawing or another document from his PC to ProjectWEB the user shall give some general information, such as type of document, document number, revision number, date of creation, discipline and responsible person. This information enables the other participants in the project to make advanced searching and free text search thus ensuring a quick and safe access to the information wanted.
